Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking & Deposits To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. No dates will be held without a deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the total fee. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances but may be transferable at the artist’s discretion. 4. Late Arrivals/no shows Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may forfeit their appointment. If your appointment is forfeited or a no show full payment of the service will be required. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure their skin is clean and makeup-free prior to the appointment. Please inform the artist in advance of any allergies or sensitivities. The artist will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or skin complications if proper notice is not given. 6. Hygiene & Health Protocols All tools and products are sanitized regularly. If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, please contact the artist immediately. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if it poses a risk to health and safety. 7. Photography & Social Media The artist may take photos of the makeup application for portfolio or social media use. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please notify the artist in writing before the appointment. 8. Liability All services are provided with the utmost care and professionalism. However, the artist is not responsible for any unforeseen reactions to products used during the service. 9. Agreement By booking with the artist and paying the deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
